The Europe Netball Open Challenge event took place from 10th-14th May 2023 at Cardiff City House of Sport.

The competition consisted of two divisions which were ascertained as a result of world rankings, and there was an invitational squad from Wales included too. The invitational squad played against the division one countries however these matches were not world ranked, and neither did they count towards the competition points table. 

Europe Netball wishes to thank their sponsors of this event: Nakheel of UAE and Coleg y Cymoedd alongside all the volunteer workforce, the UAPs, Umpires and Technical Officials, Wales Netball for their support given to Europe Netball throughout the planning stages and Cardiff City House of Sport.

The results of the competition were as follows:

DIVISION 1: UAE (1st), Republic of Ireland (2nd), Isle of Man (3rd) and Malta (4th).
Player of the Division One: Charlie Preston of UAE.

DIVISION 2: Gibraltar (1st), France (2nd), Israel (3rd) and Switzerland (4th).
Player of the Division Two: Megan Ruiz of Gibraltar.
